1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as stated here.

2. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged.

3. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused features
• Accidental purchases

Exceptions may apply if:

• Technical issues prevented your access (with proof)
• You were charged after cancellation
• Billing errors occurred on our platform

4. App Store Subscriptions

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly from those stores. We do not control their billing systems.
