Welcome to MyInOut, an innovative financial management platform operated by PT. Bagi Bagi Sukses Makmur (BBSM). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyInOut’s platform, services, and features. By accessing or using MyInOut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all Users, including individuals, families, businesses, educational institutions, and global users.

1. Definitions
  • “Platform”: Refers to MyInOut’s website, mobile application, and related tools and services.
  • “User” or “You”: Any individual, family member, or entity using the Platform.
  • “Account”: A User’s registered profile on MyInOut, including Family Accounts and sub-accounts.
  • “Family Account”: A shared account structure designed for families, enabling parents or guardians to manage finances and educate minors.
  • “HAKI”: Intellectual Property Rights, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, and patents.
  • “Fees”: Charges for subscriptions, premium features, or additional services.
  • “Content”: Data, text, information, or material shared or displayed on the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI)
2.1 Ownership

All elements of the Platform, including designs, software, logos, trademarks, copyrights, and other content, are the property of PT. Bagi Bagi Sukses Makmur (BBSM) or its licensors. These rights are protected under Indonesian and international laws.

2.2 Permitted Use

Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Users are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute elements of the Platform without written permission.
  • Use MyInOut trademarks or logos for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2.3 Violation of HAKI

Violations of HAKI may result in account termination and/or legal action in accordance with applicable laws, including claims for damages.

3. Rights to Modify or Delete Accounts
3.1 Right to Delete Accounts
  • MyInOut reserves the right to suspend or delete User accounts without prior notice in the event of:
    • Violations of these Terms.
    • Unauthorized or illegal use of the Platform.
3.2 Right to Modify or Remove Features
  • MyInOut may add, modify, or remove features or services at any time based on internal policies. Users will be notified of significant changes.
4. Responsible Use

Users are required to:

  • Comply with Laws: Not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Provide Accurate Data: Submit accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • Maintain Security: Protect your account credentials from unauthorized access.

MyInOut is not responsible for consequences arising from User negligence.

5. Obligation to Provide Access to Authorities
  • MyInOut reserves the right to share User data with government authorities, legal entities, or regulators if required by law.
  • Users agree that their data may be processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
6. Features and Services
6.1 Core Features
  • Income and Expense Management: Record and categorize transactions manually or automatically.
  • Multi-Pocket Management: Manage budgets through virtual “pockets.”
  • Family Accounts: Tools for collaborative financial planning and child education.
  • Business Tools: Features such as invoice creation, expense tracking, and POS systems.
6.2 Educational Use
  • Schools and institutions can use MyInOut for financial literacy programs. Institutions must:
    • Obtain consent from parents or guardians for minors.
    • Ensure compliance with child protection laws.
7. Fees, Taxes, and Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features.
  • Premium Plan: Provides access to advanced features such as multi pocket, shared access, analytics, higher limit of data entries, and integrations.
7.2 Taxes

Users are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable taxes related to their use of the Platform.

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

7.4 Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

7.5 App Store Subscription Terms (Apple Users)

For users who purchase subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

  • Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple ID account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled directly by Apple, in accordance with their policies. To request a refund, visit: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
  • MyInOut complies with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Compliance
  • Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Users
  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for children under 13.
8.2 Data Retention

User data is retained for up to 5-10 years, depending on legal requirements and the type of data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BBSM is not liable for:

  • Indirect Damages: Including lost profits, revenue, or opportunities.
  • Third-Party Issues: Failures caused by external providers, such as payment gateways.
  • User Violations: Consequences of Users’ failure to comply with laws or these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

10.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) or international arbitration mechanisms for global Users.

11. Force Majeure

BBSM is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or global pandemics.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
